Texas didn't ban abortion. They made a law indicating how far along during pregnancy when one can be performed. California has already banned guns just about everywhere except in the North. The only people with guns in California are the gangsters. A women will know if she is pregnant within 6 weeks, so get it within that timeframe. Six months is killing a viable pregnancy and therefore considered murder if someone else kills the baby, so what's the difference?

If they can detect a heartbeat no abortion, that's not an abortion ban. Dems want to be able to kill babies at any point, even after they are born.

yes but viability is the current method to determine legality of a ban, and 6 weeks is certainly not a time when a baby can be viable.

Texas has made the penalty for violation of 6 weeks a civil penalty where private citizens can sue anyone involved or participating in the abortion outside of the woman herself.

What if CA allowed anyone involved in a gun transaction to be sued if the gun is used in a crime from the manufacturer to the guy selling the gun ot the owner 3 or 4 purchases ago?

Guns are legal to buy and sell but would anyone take that risk?

That's not true. The average time a women becomes aware of their pregnancy is 5.5 weeks.
