It's a crap app. Might be easy to make a detour to the office and get paper. But that doesn't change the fact that it's a crapp. If we're going "all digital" then we need a better app. (Plus I couldn't recite my seats sec, row, number to save my life.)

I wasn't even aware there was an app. I just logged in on the internet .

The app just loads the mobile web page when you to go the ticket page anyway.
