Who said anything about "preventing" a suicide bomber? What Biden* did was to INVITE suicide bombers.

1. Pull the military out from the bases, such as Bagram, that had an established perimeter that would have prevented terrorists from getting close.

2. Have everyone in the country who needs to flee, including trapped americans, have to go to a single point in Kabul,

3. Cause a humanitarian crisis at the airport where mobs of people are at, all trying to get into the airport to get out.
