Has anyone seen one this year? We less than two weeks before the season kicks off and Media Day at Ford Field was a month ago.

Do they even print a media guide any more, or is it just on web site?

I don't want to pile on to the negativity, but how hard is it to make a media guide? You have the rosters and bios and last years stats, you add a couple of graphics...How is our athletic department this Mickey Mouse?

Must be another victim of budget cuts.

I don't think the people on this board grasp the level of devastation the budget cuts left the department. They have no staff to do anything. GVSU has nearly twice the amount of department staffers than we do.

Wow, that is the post pitiful, bare bones media guide I have ever seen in my life.

I noticed that they had a photographer listed in the credits. Maybe his camera failed to operate.....

So are we not going to have game programs this year either? It's getting embarrassing to support this program.

The athletic department just got a $50 million donation (spread over the next 10 years, I believe). Which is basically like getting 50 P5 road game payouts.

I'm not sure if there are restrictions or specific uses tied to it. But I mean one would assume we'd see the fruits of that windfall soon.

Reports are the money goes into an endowment account.

Imagine if we had saved the money we spent on the new logo/rebranding and put that money to good use...

The WMU Media Guide I just looked at has 135 pages. Not sure what is missing. Looks pretty thorough to me.
