Enrique Tarrio, 37, pleaded guilty to burning the flag and attempted possession of a large-capacity ammunition feeding device.

Appearing through video in court on Monday, Tarrio apologised and said there was "no excuse" for his actions.

He will report to jail on 6 September to begin his 155 day sentence.

When you see the cops standing idly by while BLM and antifa crowds bur, loot and pillage it's a bit difficult to justify charging someone with a crime for burning a flag that has no official standing. The "high cap" thing is BS anyway but it IS the law in Cali I guess.

This is what I find most disturbing: "Mr Cushenberry added that he believes Tarrio "clearly, intentionally and proudly crossed the line from peaceful protest and assembly to potentially violent conduct". It's OK for mobs of violent "protestors" to do what they do and not suffer any consequences at all. If they are even arrested they get out with no bail and IF they do show up in court they get their little communist wrists slapped.

Our justice system is now multi-tiered it would seem.
