WATERLOO, ONTARIO, Aug. 24, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- BlackBerry Limited (NYSE: BB; TSX: BB) today announced the results from SE Labs' Breach Response test on BlackBerry Protect and BlackBerry Optics, its AI-driven endpoint protection (EPP) and endpoint detection and response (EDR) products. The combined EPP and EDR solution was able to provide complete prevention, complete detection, and zero false positive results, earning SE Lab's maximum AAA rating for its excellent performance.
Amazing how BB has evolved over the years. We had a small celebration when we got to shut down our old bes servers. [blackberry enterprise server]. I hated managing all those devices for our firm.

They're still alive and kicking.

Which is why I like Gemini. It is one of the most secure crypto exchanges out there, and because it's a U.S.-based company, its security and privacy guidelines are subject to stiffer regulations than elsewhere around the world.

Awesome man. Welcome to the club. AMP is rumored to have some big announcements soon. Then and ACH are competitors. I have holdings in both and waiting to see which one does better.

Coinbase is a good one especially for starting out!

AMP has practical real-world uses because of its ties to Flexa. People can literally pay for goods and services through Flexa by using AMP.

That’s what Alchemy Pay (ACH) does as well. I actually think ACH has the stronger team right now as they are now partnered with Shopify, Binance, and a few others. I have holdings in both them and AMP though.

There might be room for both, who knows. Either way, this is an exciting thing for the future of crypto.

Keep your eyes on Solana (SOL). It has more than quadrupled in value since July 20th.

Yeah it is soaring right now. I've been waiting for a Fib Retracement that allows me an entry to jump in and get a quick bounce.

Just curious if any crypto investors here have done any mining? I'm seriously looking into it, but I worry about the initial costs for set-up and the power usage. I don't think I can get away with operating a crypto mine in an apartment due to the high risk of a building-wide power failure. I'd likely have to wait until I had my own home.

Ya. My coworker did it and he barely offset the increased power bills. That is my biggest regret in life to date though. Me and a buddy mined BTC back when it was like .0 something cent. We had thousands. Saved them up over a few months, just enough to exchange them and pay off the video card. Wow, that was neat. Then moved on with life. Oh what could have been if I had been one of those guys that "oh crap, I got that wallet!"

I had a similar story...but in hindsight I am happy it didn't work out. Cocaine and hookers usually doesn't lead to a long life.

Well, if long life's the goal I certainly agree. =]

Oh, my gosh! Cryptex Finance (CTX) just nearly doubled my investment just now. Went from $7.50 per token to over $14.00 in the last half hour.

Edit: Hit $46.00 per token and then took a huge dive.

I know some people who are currently mining Raven with regular computer. I'm going to look into it at least.

Cryptex Finance having a decent day after the big climb and dive from a couple of days ago.

And Solana always doing good.

Good to see REN fully recover from the May crashes.

Solana is on fire...wish I had a bag of that.

I'm currently loading up on ACH for a long term play.

I did get lucky and invest in this brand new start up Cardence. They are a multichain launch pad and IDO platform. They soared like 150% today. Currently around 130% gain.

POLY on Coinbase was doing very similar on it's opening day on that platform.

Ohhhh that's why it was pumping so hard today. I was wondering what happened.

Yep. That's why I pay particular attention when a cryptocurrency's listing is added to Coinbase, Binance US, or Gemini (The Top 3 crypto exchanges in the United States). You typically see price spikes for any new crypto added to one of those platforms.

Man, I wish I was still invested in Solana last night when it was $138 per token, but I was flirting with OMG Network and VeThor only to take a little loss. Now Solana is $170 per token. I think I'm just going to HODL in Solana and simply add extra money into the investment when Solana's price stabilizes at that lower price because typically it jumps in price after those low stabilized periods. This last one fluttered between $136-$143 for the last 24 hours or so before spiking today.
