I can hope so. After reading the article, I truly believe that Penny will be the best option for him. Yeah, I'm a Memphis homer so I'll put that disclaimer out there and yes, any school will have detractors and naysayers, as will the professional route. However, one thing that is always mentioned about Penny is how he takes on a fatherly role with a lot of these kids. He looks after them, not just after his W-L record and his paycheck. Hopefully THAT will be the icing on the cake with Duren being the cherry on top.

This was my initial thought. It's the most rational thought process, IMHO. But the kid's 17yo and I wonder what he's thinking.
