RE: Who joins the Big 12?
Signing new games should not be taken as a sign of disinterest in the Big 12 on the part of BYU. BYU includes language in their contracts that permit them to cancel if they join a P5. This thing with Texas and Oklahoma could drag out for years. BYU doesn’t have the luxury of sitting around and waiting for them.

#9 - Houston: No one produces more CFB players in their city than Houston. The only question is if Baylor/TCU/TT want more TX programs in their conference.

#10 - Tulane: Bordering state, expanding the footprint with a new market in a talent-rich state.

#11 - Cincinnati: Metro area which produces as many CFB players as Dallas and Tampa. Gives WVU a game their fans can (somewhat) drive to.

#12 - SMU: Same story as Houston.
