I'd prefer they ask Aresco about his collusion with Cincinnati so they didn't have to get whooped on national television twice in Tulsa. That cost the conference some serious viewership.

it must really be hell to be you

****, I am gonna have to file paperwork to trademark "Lol Cincy"

Do I add you all to the Memphis fanclub and make it a national? Or do I let you all stand alone and work out your cooperation as similar but different entities? Does that mean I will have to file as a conglomerate next year on my taxes? Damn it, now I'll have to call lawyers and some accountants to make sure I get this right.

Foreverandever LOLing LLC is growing, we need to hire more dedicated people, those with Dairy Whip experience are preferred, also jungle book inspired posters are welcomed to apply. Must be able to carry fanbase on back, have witty retorts, and flair. Experience embarrassing g4 posters is preferred but not required. Knowledge of housewife gifs and preference for Tuesday announcements are definitely bonuses for prospective employees. Y'all had your shot and you lost. You think UC fans complained for 10 months after having to play Memphis on the road back to back in 2019?

Sack up, man -- this is embarrassing now.

It’s not the first time he has sold out on his own alma mater or their conference to appease his ESPN handlers. He actually came out against Houston for the Big12 in 2016 at one point- then crawfished on it later. He’s an ESPN mouthpiece. Talented and with a bright future, but a puppet in most aspects.

Then it could be argued that ESPN doesn't want their AAC to pick up the Little 8 teams, but would rather then all end up in "Power 4" conferences.

I doubt Bowlsby is accusing ESPN of trying to force leftover 8 into AAC if their end game is four super conferences. I think in 2016 ESPN wanted Big12 to stand pat. But that was when they still had flagships OU and UT.

My point was that, if Andre Ware was an ESPN puppet, and their goal was for the AAC to poach the Big 12, then Ware wouldn't have talked about how hopefully they can find homes in the other power conferences.

I agree on the ESPN/AAC idea (even though only beat writers have actually mentioned the AAC by name. Bob could have just as easily been mad at ESPN and the PAC-12). With regard to Ware, I think he was just talking out of his a**.

Former Houston quarterback – and 1989 Heisman Trophy winner - Andre Ware and The American’s Morgan Uber will provide additional coverage and analysis.

Coverage will begin Tuesday, August 3, at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN+ with the American Media Day Pregame Show, a two-hour program that will preview the 2021 season with a look at all 11 teams as well as top returning players, potential breakout stars and a one-on-one interview with Commissioner Mike Aresco.

Wednesday’s coverage will consist of two programs, at 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. ET, as head coaches and student-athletes from The American’s 11 teams take part in scheduled 25-minute media sessions. Commissioner Aresco will deliver opening remarks to begin the morning session and will be available for questions from the media as well. Registered media may participate and ask questions via Zoom, while fans may watch through the ESPN+ platform.

Last night was a friggin sh**show in my opinion. Was pretty shocked that, at our own media days event, we weren't managing the message at all. They had Andre Ware (a Houston guy) talking about how we are moving toward 4 super conferences. He also said 12 playoff teams was too many because bowls would now only want teams from these super conferences (which seemed to be unrelated and not make sense). They had other local media guys (not asking questions for Q&A, literally scheduled to speak by the conference) talking about which power conferences certain teams reached out to for membership.

It was pretty much the conference media days kickoff version of a plane crash.

And that's why I am not paying for ESPN+ until ESPN stops using the AAC as ESPiN platform!!!!!!
