They just don't add additional money.

Its up to the PAC to do something or else they are stuck.

How fitting. The left over 8 get told the same thing that they told the applicants to their conference a few years ago. They never planned to take on more teams back then, but solicited applications for the expressed purpose of blackmailing ESPN for more money only to tell them their teams didn't draw the "eyeballs" and "markets."

Nailed it... greedy ****ards stayed at 10, albeit UT and OU had plenty to do with that. But at least we can confirm they aren't likely to swap Mizzou for OSU even if Mizzou would be happier in the B1G.

Yeah... if they want to come in at a quarter of the per share revenue, I'd say it's a remote possibility. At least KU would start closer to 50% of the per share or so. Still would be worth it for OSU rather than being in limbo.

No, Big Ten has reiterated it's commitment to AAU status when entering the conference. That would allow a school like Kansas, but not Oklahoma State. And they definitely cannot do an add like Kansas and Iowa State, which would weaken the Western Division even further.

USC, UCLA, Arizona and Colorado might get their attention. Not the AAU members of the Remaining Eight.
