Holmes Student Center
Made a pitstop in DeKalb for a short tour and Fatty's.

The downstairs area of the Holmes Student Center has completely transformed since my college days. The NIU bookstore is very nice and the hotel reception desk is down there now too.

I was just there as well after a 4 year absence. Fireplace lounge in the HSC lower level was realy nice, and they did a great job on revamping the Huskie Den Grill (added a bar area with local brews).

There's a longer upgrade tour video than the one below that I've seen somewhere, but a nice little teaser none the less...
