I’ve been busy this week and don’t have time to read the 10,000 new threads. Anything new?

Apparently Memphis was assured they had a spot before the Big 12 decided not to expand back in 2016.

**** TIMELINE ****

Tomorrow morning UT and OU will officially accept the SEC invitation, tomorrow afternoon the other 8 will reach out to the AAC to request membership, Tuesday the AAC will vote on adding new members and on Thursday the new members will officially accept membership in the AAC and the following Monday they will officially vote on the dissolution of the BIG XII.

I wish more people who hate what they have done would just refuse to watch. Those ratings go down and their power diminishes.

So it was like a mirage. Seemingly vanished into thin air. Texas and OU probably would’ve stayed if they went.

im actually going to watch and enjoy the Big 12 games this year just to hear the announcers bring up the Texas/OU departure in EVERY SINGLE GAME as if the world didn't know already.
I will also enjoy the follow on talk about how that impacts them and if they should still be considered a Power Conference and belittle the remaining schools and refer to them as the Leftover 8 in EVERY SINGLE GAME.

I'm guessing a Troll job of the ACC. I would be willing to bet that the mouse wants to see how a 16 team Conference schedule works out It is the model for their future leagues.
