It could rotate between Atlanta and a Texan location whether in Dallas and/or Houston.

I’m guessing it will rotate between Dallas, NOLA, and Atlanta.

For no reason, I keep peddling this idea:

Two games: one in Atlanta, one in New Orleans/Arlington. Winners play in Sugar/Cotton Bowl as a NYD National Quarterfinal. SEC can still get at-larges into the other NYD QFs.

Dont look for the SEC championship to move to Texas for a while. Otherwise people will say that Texas (not UT, that's TN in the SEC) is bullying the schools just like they did in the Big 12.

What happens with the Sugar Bowl is an interesting question though.

Atlanta has the game through the 2026-27 season, in fact, the majority of SEC championship sites are determined through the 2027-2028 academic year. Baseball, WBB, W Soccer, and both golfs are the only sports without sites after this upcoming year.

Men's basketball is set for Nashville through 2030, with an option for 2035, after Tampa gets the upcoming tournament.

Especially since it is owned jointly by the Big 12 and SEC.

When it come to abbreviations...

Volunteers = UTN
Longhorns = UTX

And while Jerry World will eventually host an SEC Championship, it won't be in this decade. I think the game get relocated to the Superdome in the 2030 with random visit to DFW and ATL every 3rd year.
