I recall an article about election issues in Memphis back in 2014 which discussed hardware/software systems used. One of the statements in the article said Memphis intentionally did not purchase the systems used in Atlanta which had been known to have problems.

Both of these articles explain that electronic voting systems have had serious problems for a quite a while. This is an issue that people from both sides of aisle have concerns.
It seems that both Democrats and Republicans are very uncomfortable with the performance, accuracy and integrity of the election results produced by these systems.
I think the difference between the two sides is
when they voice their concerns which correlates to whether their party won or lost.
Regardless, to suggest that
any precinct results are safe and secure is a bit naïve these days.
