Yep. And voters reported sharpies being handed out at heavily republican precincts. And now we know maricopa county didnt use ballot integrity paper that prevented bleedthru like they said they did, because the auditors found a buttload of ballots with sharpie bleedthru (and possible pen bleedthru). And the auditors discovered misalignment ballots which would cause overvotes and wrong votes on bleedthrus.

The issuing of a ballot always starts with a form of some sort, even when you are at the election center. This has to be the case in order to start the chain of custody, as these ballots will also have to go to storage and then retrieved on election day. All movements of that ballot have to be documented. There's not going to be 75K ballots dumped on election day without any chain of custody

Maybe show me in the statute what they do for early voters instead of just guessing, or taking the word of hacks on the internet who are not under oath. Because their "theories" have blown up continuously.
