WTf?

Was this in a jurisdiction with open carry?

If so, the cop had NO right to demand a person put down something he has the CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT to carry.

Facists.

Edit, it was in Florida, which does not allow CONSTITUTIONAL carry.

Fortunately, in Tennessee this sort of police state is not allowed and law enforcement is not permitted to violate one's 2nd Amendment protections (via the 4th Amendment) by harassing citizens who want to exercise their God given rights.
