It's more than likely a pattern over many years. What you're claiming would just be a one time oversight.

Additionally, reports are that these perks went to family members and were likely more extensive for things like rent, etc.. So again, not just a corporate mistake on a W-2.

I get gifts through OC Tanner several times each year at my company. They are ALWAYS included as income on my W-2.

$100,000k a year in an organization that processes hundreds of millions annually isn’t material. If the government was held to the same standard every department head would be charged. Most government agencies cant even be audited due to the horrendous record keeping.

Trump JR destroyed their indictment today. Apparently Trump, being the good employer he was, paid for this execs grandchildrens education. About half of the money they are talking about is this education fund. But the IRS doesnt require you to pay taxes on education reimbursement.

In summary, its a giant nothingburger.
