Not likely.

It's more than likely a pattern over many years. What you're claiming would just be a one time oversight.

Additionally, reports are that these perks went to family members and were likely more extensive for things like rent, etc.. So again, not just a corporate mistake on a W-2.

I get gifts through OC Tanner several times each year at my company. They are ALWAYS included as income on my W-2.

How come not so much detail and scrutiny when questioning Hunter's Schidt?

Dude youre grasping and desperate. This was and always has been a nothingburger.

This is not normally a criminal prosecution. P.E.R.I.O.D.

And you could literally find these types of things at many many many corps across this country...if you wanted. P.E.R.I.O.D.

EVERY corporation. If you use a stamp paid for by the corporation to send a personal bill payment, you have broken this same law. And don't print your child's paper. And NEVER use the company credit card to take your family out for dinner.

If enforced with the same zeal for everyone, you could put millions of small business owners on trial and almost every executive at every larger company. yes, they make sure the underlings are taxed on perks, but not always themselves. But what do I know, I’ve only spent the last 30 years dealing with all these people, reviewing their financial info, and asking questions on how they handle their finances.

RE: Charges expected Thursday for Trump’s company
It’s been obvious for a long time that the Manhattan D.A. and the New York A.G. are engaged in a political vendetta to destroy Trump or anyone who was viewed as supportive of Trump.

But if this chickensh*t indictment really is the “big play” that all these investigations have been leading up to for the past 3+ years… Wow. Law-enforcement in NY City and NY State stand exposed as a purely political tool for the Democrats to attack their enemies.

Shouldn’t this fit in the “hacked materials” category and wiped clean from the interwebs.

Oh, darn it. Wrong party. Never mind.

What this and the last 5 years actually proves there might not be a more honest person in American. When it comes to "laws" than President Trump. Yes I'm being 100% serious.

No person alive today or most likely dead had their life under the scope like President Trump. By every government office and by the might of the media and by people that can throw a billion dollars at it and find that money in their change drawer.

No one stands up to that level of investigation and pressure unless they truly are not breaking laws. Think of the most honest person you know and put them under the same thing President Trump has been subjected to..

I seriously doubt if they come out of this clean.

So either President Trump has a hit team that scares the crap out of people or he's just not breaking criminal law. It really is that simple.

After all of this scrutiny there's one thing we can all conclude; Trump is the cleanest and least corrupt politician in a century or two.

No, just inferring from the Internet gossip, which is almost always way overstated. And if this is all they're finding, there won't likely be any indictments, since these are civil, not criminal, matters.

One of the prosecutors is "embarrassed" to have to take these charges forward. I'm guessing they fall way short of John "I reported my yacht sale out of state to save $3million in state taxes" Kerry or Tim "Turbo Tax made a huge mistake in under-reporting my taxes and I realized it on my own once I was nominated to head up the treasury department" Geitner.

We'll see. Most of it is likely tax evasion, so the amount of tax avoided will likely determine the seriousness of it.

Anyway, if laws were broke, we need to hold them accountable, right?

Why? Your own POTUS's son is a hardcore criminal and will never face any disciplinary action so...
