RE: Schools win all 6 NY6
The Peach Bowl is going to be a bit of a limiting factor here:
-----------
(1) Only one current Pac-12 school has ever won a Peach Bowl (Arizona State). They have Fiesta and Rose Bowl wins too but they've never even played in a Cotton, Sugar or Orange Bowl, much less won one.
(2) Meanwhile, only 2 current B1G schools have ever won a Peach Bowl. Purdue and Iowa, both won the Peach was a lesser-prestige Bowl than it is today. Neither of those schools have won more than 2 of the other 5 Bowl games.
-----------
Then, the Rose Bowl is a limiting factor:
(1) Non-current B1G and Pac-12 teams to win a Rose Bowl are Alabama, Pittsburgh, Texas, Georgia, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Columbia, Georgia Tech, Harvard, Miami FLA and TCU.
(2) Alabama has won all of the other Bowl games, except a Fiesta Bowl. They HAVE played in a Fiesta Bowl, only once, but they lost to Louisville (!).
(3) Pittsburgh has Sugar and Fiesta Bowl wins, but not the other 3.
(4) Texas, Notre Dame and Oklahoma have all won all of the other Bowl games, except the Peach Bowl. Oklahoma has been to a Peach Bowl; the other 2 have not.
(5) Georgia has won a Sugar, Cotton, Peach and Orange Bowl, but hasn't even played in a Fiesta Bowl.
(6) Georgia Tech has Sugar and Orange Bowl wins, but not the other 3 (including their hometown Peach Bowl).
(7) Miami FLA has won all of the other 5 except the Fiesta Bowl, in which they have appeared four times but lost ALL four times.
(8) TCU has Sugar, Peach and Cotton Bowl wins, and they've appeared in one Orange and Fiesta Bowl too. But they lost each of the latter two.
(9) Columbia & Harvard - their Rose Bowl win is literally their only Bowl game ever.
------------
Net: if my research is correct, no school has won all 6 of them. But a few schools have won 5 (including Penn State, which I didn't list but someone above has).
