Looks like the NCAA lost.

Now remind me .. . because I THOUGHT this case was about schools/companies using the individuals likenesses? Not with students not having opportunities to earn money on the side, but with them being compensated for companies using their likenesses?

Unless this is a totally different case that I'm thinking of?
