Toledo Basketball In Twitter Jail
Interesting Blade story: https://www.toledoblade.com/sports/ut/20...0210605036

In the case of the Rockets, their exile stems from an unwitting mistake made three years ago, when a young staff member used two rap songs — Lil Wayne’s “Right Above It” and Lil Yachty’s “Pardon Me” — without permission in highlight videos posted on the basketball team’s Twitter account.

A staffer whose email was linked to the account then overlooked notices of the copyright violation, as issued by the Universal Music Group. By the time Toledo coaches or athletic officials became aware of the issue, @toledombb had been suspended.

I wonder when this incarceration will likely end?

Yikes. In this day and age, this is a big deal. Search 'Toledo men's basketball twitter' and you get nothing. Recruits will also have the same results.
