What happened to WSU baseball? When I was growing up and in college, they were a powerhouse. They have been to the CWS 7 times and won the whole thing in 1989. I don't really follow sports much anymore other than U of M football and basketball (and occasionally Georgia Tech football), so I kind of lost track of NCAA baseball. High Caliber baseball was one thing that I was expecting them to bring to American Conference when we let them join.

what happened to WSU football is the better question

Good question. They really haven't been great since early 90's......30 years ago.....

They're now an athletic department dependent on their basketball program. With the absence of Gregg Marshall, we'll see........
