2021 Tailgate Notes:

• Please note the earlier than normal meal time for this game. Eating before Blazer Walk will give everyone ample time to enjoy the atmosphere at the new venue and to get into Protective Stadium early for pre-game festivities.

• Due to the newness and uncertainty surrounding the inaugural game at Protective Stadium, please plan on arriving at least an hour earlier than you would at Legion Field. Traffic is likely to be a nightmare.

• If you commit to bring food, please arrive at least 15 minutes before the published meal time. If your food item needs to be cooked or reheated, please arrive early enough to ensure it would be ready at the published meal time

• For 2021, we are asking everyone to commit to help with 1 set-up or break-down session during the season.

• A $5 per person donation is requested for anyone that can't bring food/drinks/items for the tailgate.

• A few of us have secured ample tailgating space and new equipment to enhance the tailgating experience in our new surroundings. Donations would be appreciated to help us offset some of these expenses.

Mrs. BD and I are in. Put us down for BBQ beans and a gallon of sweet tea.

I would encourage anyone who has not yet been to Protective to go down and scope out the area, parking, and the deck that the tailgate sets up in. I already have an alternate route scoped out that should be relatively traffic free.

I'm sure my brother & his wife will come so a +2 for me - not sure what they'll bring probably some side but will talk to them when I give him his tickets/parking

I will be there maybe plus one. I'll bring a pie or two to go with the homemade ice cream.

I’ll be there with two. Making home made Mac n cheese.

Mrs. Dueling Dragon and I will bring deviled eggs in honor of our opponent + a veggie tray w/ dip.

Also, Mrs. DD and I will possibly have a third join us. Kid wants to go.

If yall are like me, you have friends/family coming out of the woodwork wanting to go to games except now I can't just hook them up and have them sit with us like at Legion. Club 125 is packed. They shoulda thought of that when I was trying to recruit them 6 months ago. lol

With that said, anybody with an extra in club 125 for Liberty, lmk and I might want to buy it for the kid.

You sure you can get your tent/table up there w/ where you park? I have a new 10x20 canopy plus several tables (I won't be able to bring my big table due to having smaller truck bed). I think Attalla has new canopy as well so we might be good in tent/tables.
