I assume we will go with Aaron Funk and will subsequently do what we can to try and win. USA will be motivated not to use any pitcher they might need this weekend. It is possible they have a couple of relievers, who they feel would benefit by throwing an inning or two, but for the most part they will rest their staff. I assume they will play their regular line-up to keep everyone "sharp". If they have a player with a "minor" injury they certainly will rest him. Coaches and players always want to win so they will "try" to do so. They just won't take any chances with pitchers or players that may have minor ailments. Who knows, maybe playing with absolutely no pressure will give them an advantage. While we have no pressure either, I do believe we badly want to remove the "bad taste" from our mouths after Tuesday's disaster. I guess we have a chance to end our season with a win, which doesn't happen, often once you enter tournament play, unless you win the championship.

6-2 Final. USA basically had 9 pitchers throw an inning a piece. Just got a bunch of guys "loose" for the weekend.
