I remember fall camp in 2013 when i saw Reem for the first time. He was ripped. Had FLUs legs but the body of a B1G rb. His number was #3, and I said "Whos that guy and why is he 30 years old?" My boss said, "thats going to be the best rb in Toledo history." Boy was he special. We need a rb room like that again. It could be 50 years.

Hoping Thompson stays on the active roster this week. The guy in front of him, Eskridge from WMU, is doubtful. Plus, the top 2 receivers are hurt but expected to play through injury. If he's active there's a decent chance other guys will need some snaps off and he'll get some plays at WR, not just special teams.

Hunt also has a short TD run. 67 total yards in the 1st half.

Mancz did a nice job at center today for Miami. The Colts won, but Greg looked solid from what I was able to see of the game.

Ka'Dar Hollman continues his nationwide tour, as the Giants signed him to their practice squad today. That makes 4 teams in under 2 months, Green Bay -> Houston -> New Orleans -> New York, for Hollman.

But, to maintain conservation of Rockets in NY state, the Jets released Elijah Nkansah from their practice squad.

Interesting stat, that through 4 games, Hunt is leading the Browns in receiving, and reportedly PFF has him listed as leading the NFL in yards after contact.

Storm Norton: From an undrafted offensive tackle to an XFL sensation and beyond

https://xflnewshub.com/extra/the-story-o...nd-beyond/

From what I have seen he has been struggling in pass protection, but he has been matched up against some of the best edge rushers in the league, including Chase Young and Max Crosby. He'll get either Garrett or Clowney this week against Cleveland. Still, the Chargers are 3-1

and have had very few sacks. So, even though he has struggled a bit, his quarterback is able to hang in long enough to make plays.

Well, although Kareem had 2 TDs and 89 total yards, Norton had the better day, as the chargers came up with the win, scoring 47 points on the Browns. Norton looked decent, only getting beaten a 2-3 times, he also had a holding penalty called, but that got declined because of a turnover on the play. Didn't give up any sacks.

Oh, and reportedly Storm's wide gave birth to their second child last night, so great day all around for him.

Norton named team’s most-improved player in 2021

https://www.boltsfromtheblue.com/2021/10...orton-espn

Not completely sure about this analysis, because I don't believe Norton gave up any sacks to Garrett, as the article says he did, but still good to see him getting some positive press.
