Spencerville (Ohio) Bearcats.

School colors: red, white, black

I have gone there every year for the high school cross country invitational for the last 6 years.

Sadly last fall was my last one as my little princess has her last day of high school tomorrow 03-weeping

But the silver lining is that she will be a THE University of Cincinnati Bearcat in the fall! COGS

Spencerville has a perfect "S" paw that looks like UC's "C" paw.

RE: Wut? Another Bearcats?
Among the universities, UC took the name first in 1914. Williamette University became the Bearcats a year later. Northwest Missouri State adopted theirs in 1916. The rest are newer, including several who just adopted the mascot in the past 20 years.

Williamette’s Bearcat mascot is the red panda (there is one at the zoo). Northwest Missouri State’s mascot just looks like a mountain lion of sorts.

I know that I happened upon Bentleyville, PA, where the local (Bentworth) mascot are the Bearcats and they use a "B" with a line underneath it as their trademark.

I thought it was a nice homage to Cincinnati in the backyard of the Pitt Panthers...
