I thought about voting on this one, but I decided its too early to make a call. It is certainly true that we have some advantages this coming season that we lacked last time, but so far as I am concerned we still have some issues. Among them are: (1) Is Clutzcliffe going to coaching school and/or getting a gut transplant?; (2) Will Mr. Manning settle down and get himself and his receivers singing from the same sheet of music?; (3) Will our off. and def. lines improve?; (4) will our defensive backfield solidify?

We have a recent history of totally sucking in the games that totally count. I still have a burr under my saddle about the way we lost the LSU game last year, for example. I am still totally pissed off about how we lost to Auburn. Games like those are the games that count. I really don't know that our coaches and players are ready to win games like those, instead of competing in games like those.

That is the truth if it was ever spoken! Don't forget about the Stooges meet the Hawgs last year!

I was at the Vandy game and thought we were going to get whipped. We should have won the Texas game, but beating Bammy & Georgia at home is a different matter. At least we don't have to play Georgia this year and suffer another ****** kicking!

I'd just as soon play Georgia as anybody else......same old story. I'd rather get beat by a good team than play somebody like Ark. State.

Actually, you're right about that GDawgs. Every Rebel-blooded fan in the South thought we were gonna get it handed to us in Athens last year, myself included. I was actually impressed that we played as well as we did and didn't get blown out of the stadium. I'm never happy or satisfied with a loss, but was relieved that it wasn't a 50 point game given at the hands of the Dawgs.

I'll have to admit that we did play you a good game last year. It wasn't any of this foolishness that we pulled when we played Arkansas, Auburn and LSU.

Please fellas, let's try and forget those three. We were worse than the 3 Stooges.

The 3 Stooges were football rocket scientists compared to the Rebs in those games!

I'd like to forget too!

With the meager running attack we had last year, we were lucky to win several of the games that we won.

I still can't believe we beat Nebraska. Our defense seemed determined that they were going to back their ears and let it fly in the second half. I would like to know how several games would have turned out if we had played "D" like that all year. Of course, Coach Solich needs some of the cridit for our win.
