It’s been 14 months. Everyone has been exposed one way or another at this point. You either got it and didn’t die or you’re immune. Time to go back to our regularly scheduled programming.

Makes sense. Texas fell to under 1000 new cases for the first time since I can’t remember. Neanderthals are NOT extinct after all.

Fatigue was the worst symptom. I still tire easily. BUT, I'm not dead and I'm not vaccinated. One of those is completely beyond my control and as such not worth spending time fretting over. The other is easily controlled by just saying no.

I got something around the same time (assuming you mean Christmas 2019). My GF, her mom, and I were going on a Caribbean cruise out of Fort Lauderdale. On the flight to Fort Lauderdale, I felt as bad as I've ever felt in my life. It was like I spent an hour being afraid I was going to die, and then an hour being afraid I wasn't going to die. After we landed, it was all I could do to gather our bags, put them on a buggy, and push it out to the cab stand. We spent a night in a hotel before boarding the next day. As soon as we got to the room, I went to sleep for 4 hours, woke up and felt okay, and we went to grab some dinner at whatever was still open that late. Felt okay the next morning, boarded the ship, and we sailed. About 2 hours after sailing my fever shot up to 104. Again, I slept it off. Next day we were at sea and I felt like hell so I pretty much took it easy. Got into Jamaica and I was okay to go ashore, and aside from really getting tired very easily, I made it through the cruise okay. GF's mom (a nurse) did notice that I was very short of breath after even moderate exercise. When we got back to Fort Lauderdale, I had to drive up to Orlando for an academic conference. I had to stop at every rest area on the Turnpike, and I barely made it. Again, got a good night's sleep and was good to go for the conference. GF and mom had to get back so they flew. Right after they got back (about a week after I got it) they both came down with the same sorts of symptoms. They both lost taste and smell, which I never did. I flew home after the conference, we ended up going remote for the second semester, so I actually made it through that pretty easily, but still over a year later I don't have the energy I used to have. Maybe 3-4 days a week I'm okay, and 3-4 days a week I have a hard time doing much of anything.

I don't know what I had, but it was not like anything I have ever had before.

My experience was very similar. I still get winded easier than before and I'm never sure if I feel ok or not anymore. It's crazy. I have to force myself to do things that two years ago were routine. I honestly feel like I've aged ten years in the last 18 months.

I think I had one night of high fever that I sweated out in bed but I would get temp spikes at random times that were low grade but enough to cause chills. That went on for almost 2 months. I'd be fine then my temp would go up to about 100-101, I'd get chilled and go wrap up in a blanket and two hours later I'd be Ok.

The fixation on covid is idiotic

Its simple. It's a perfect thing for prog filth. It requires no effort, imposes responsibility for their health on others, shifts personal responsibility to the government and gives them an excuse to frick off and whine

China flu is a prog filth wet dream.

Nailed it.

Felt like a weak case of the flu and I couldn't taste anything. Went away within 3 days and I haven't had any symptoms or been sick since.

Well, you're probably a real man, so...

Shere Klan with the drone about his alpha male genes and BartlettTiger who has never posted anything coherent. Classic and predictable. These are the kind of guys that don't trade in their cars but let him sit in the front yards with grass growing through the engines. Their lady friends always have bad boob jobs, tattoos with an arrow pointing to their ******, and smell of Kool-Aid and wine mix. I mean you always see either an ambulance or the police at their house at least twice a month. And they always have that look, it's like staring into the eye of a duck. You know there's nothing going on LOL

You

All three of my cars run well.
My lady friends have neither tattoos nor fake boobs, although I did buy a woman a set years ago. I like women.
I have no idea about the kool aid wine thing, thats strong intimate projection and apparently part of your life experience.
I have never had the police or an ambulance at my home, ever.
Eye of a duck, you just described Biden*

You seem very close to all that shite
Sorry your life sucks.

Compared to you, Liberace is an alpha

Liberace!? I don't usually respond to your dumb ass posts but this is too funny. What are you a hundred fifty years old? LOL I can almost see your old decrepit ass sitting in front of your dilapidated trailer on a trailer lot you rent by the week. That lot full of fast-food garbage and beer cans. You're a ******* joke.
