From what I read today, Northwestern (IA) played a full season in the fall, and is now playing in the spring playoffs.

LWC is located in Columbia,Ky. and is known for it's several National Soccer Championships (men-9 and women-4). Women's Volleyball- 1 National Title. This is their first in any other team sport.

It was a dud, IMHO. Northwestern quarterback Tyson Kooima, NAIA Player of the Year, didn't play because of a foot injury suffered on the last play of the semi-finals, which won that game. So the Red Raiders were playing with a backup QB that had attempted only 14 passes this year prior to tonight. He may very well have a bright future but it was a tough game to debut as a starter.
