I'm sure nobody noticed until your post.

Is Trey Young really an example of a “true” PG? He’s more of a scorer to me just like Steph Curry

Trey Young was 32pts- 7rbs- 10 ast in the Knicks game. That's great PG performance. Morant was 26-4-4 in the 1st game against the Jazz. Both were clutch down the stretch, scoring or making the passes to teammates by the way they handled the ball, getting to the basket.

People who cannot appreciate the level of play in the NBA yet slobber over what high school players are doing in highlight videos are not being honest with themselves.

These guys are the best of the best.

I simply hope none of the pay-to-play "minor" leagues grab Minott before he gets on campus in the Fall.

And I hope the exact opposite for Kennedy Chandler and UTK.

No other position on the floor can control a game in today's game like an elite PG that can shoot & make his teammates better.

It doesn't have to be a point guard who controls the ball...Forwards can be just as effective in that role.

Lebron , Kobe, Jordan, Bird, the Greek freak, Kawhi all point guards?

LeBron plays every position on the floor, gets the ball on the perimeter like a PG..Kawhi essentially the same. So ok if you have LeBron or Kawhi you don't need another PG - exceptions. We don't have a La ebron or Kawhi. Kobe, Jordan, Bird aren't playing "today's game", they all played essentially the triangle offense with a big inside but also had very good PGs on the floor.
