I really do feel for the families who are getting bent over and fuckd by UMass on this. There is clearly a desire by UMass to make a public example out of them, so that everyone else will notice, keep their head down and stay in line.

Even if there are lawsuits, and even if the lawsuits are resolved in favor of the students, the time spent at UMass, and the time spent in litigation, would not be given back to them. And with the political climate in Massachusetts (Biden 66%, Trump 32%), they can’t really be sure if the litigation would turn out favorably, anyway.

If I were one of the plaintiffs, I'd make forced resignation and permanent enjoinment of the defendants from working in the public sector in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts part of the damages.

What world are these people living in? I went to my niece's ballgame Saturday and no one had a mask on. Not the players, coaches, parents, grandparents, no one. Not one person in the whole complex had one on, ages infant up to 70+ yr olds. Keep that nonsense up there, Massholes.

Blue Shelby, but red suburb Bartlett. Just look around the country though. There's MLB games with no seating restrictions at some stadiums, 20-30,000+ and no masks. Heck, flipping channels the other night and saw a soccer game in LA of all places that had people sitting on top of each other and many were maskless. But these libtards like Fraud-ci and folks up north in places like Mass want the entire country in them, even outside. Stupid.

I had thought Collierville might be red, but either they aren't or I just stumbled in during sheep dip day.
