RE: Your first ball game
My first college football game was Georgia Tech homecoming, sometime in the late 1970's... I do not remember it because I was 3 or 4, but I've seen pictures of myself at the parade.
My first college basketball game was Georgia Tech at NC State during the 1990 season.
My first NFL game was the Miami Dolphins at the Carolina Panthers in the late 90's... one of Marino's last years.
I went to dozens of Spring Training games in Port St Lucie and West Palm Beach in the 1980's, but my first real MLB game was a Phillies game in the summer of 1995. I do not remember who they were playing.
My first NHL game was Penguins at Hurricanes in 1998 in Greensboro, before the Hurricanes moved to Raleigh and I started working for them. Since then I've probably been to over 800 NHL games and been paid to go to most of them. :)
I've never been to an NBA game, but worked two exhibition games in Raleigh. One was the Heat and the Hornets, I do not remember who the other one was (or even if it was Hornets or Bobcats, lol). I just pointed a camera at the court haha.

Your first ball game
First pro sports was baseball, Mark McGwire led cards vs Pittsburg I think. At St. Louis for a middle school field trip.

College was basketball, WKU vs Creighton at Diddle Arena.

Too many HS games to remember anything specific as the first.
