Just got an email about ordering Final 4 tickets for next year. The price for an upper deck seat (all that is available) is $220. I have a framed ticket on my wall from the 1982 Final 4 Championship game (Jordan vs. Ewing)- cost= 8 bucks. I have a ticket from the 1987 Championship game (Syracuse vs. Indiana) and the price at that time more than doubled to $17.50. Still quite a bargain. (I also have a ticket for the night Hank Aaron broke Babe Ruth's home run record in Atlanta- cost= 2 dollars).

Don't know that I'm ready to spend 440 dollars to sit in the upper deck. Regardless, my wife is not ready to commit to sitting inside with over 60,000 fans even 11 months for now. First I have to get her on a plane, for our nieces' wedding, in October.
