After losing 1-0 to UTA yesterday (and being no-hit), LR just lost 5-4 on a game ending double play on a line drive to the pitcher.

What's crazy about the game is that LR had 9 hits- Everybody in the line-up had one hit. It's probably happened before, but I doubt it has happened very often. I certainly have never heard of it happening before. LRTrojan- if you're around, have you ever seen it before?

I can’t recall one, but I would think it would be very rare. Especially after being no hit the day before.

I can’t recall one, but I would think it would be very rare. Especially after being no hit the day before.

I'm willing to bet that combination, over 2 days, has never happened before- an 11 inning no hitter and then 9 hits total by 9 different players.

Interesting and unusual stat. The Trojans had a rough weekend at UTA.

Really tough in that we dropped out of first and are now in a 3 way tie for second (or 4th if you look at the glass half empty). Still we have a chance for a strong finish with a 3 game home (where we are 8-1) series against a very mediocre AppSt team. We then have to go on the road (where we are 1-8), but we play GaSt who is in last place in the East. UTA has to go to ULL, so one of them has to lose.

We'll have to go some to salvage a rare .500 season at this point.

In a three-way tie for 2nd in the West with a weekend series against Sam Houston State coming up.

Really glad we took both of the series against Texas State and Louisiana that we are tied with!
