The video plays like a Saturday Night Live spoof (if Saturday Night Live wasn’t itself infected with woke), but it’s not a spoof. This sits proudly on the CIA’s verified YouTube page with the hashtags #KnowYourValue and WomenInIntel.
The recruitment video features a preening, unnamed narcissist who literally struts around preaching about how awesome she is, how proud she is of herself, not because of her accomplishments, but because of something she has no control over — her identity, her race, gender, her sexuality (cisgender), and even — get this — her “generalized anxiety disorder.”
“I am unapologetically me,” she says, “and I want you to be unapologetically you.”
Yeah, I’m sure an unapologetic white, Christian, male, Trump supporter who unapologetically LOL’s at pompous woketards being true to himself would go over real well.
But did you notice the one word this disgusting CIA officer did not use…?
Not once did she use the word American.
She’s gushing with self-pride over everything about her identity, but not once does she say “I am an American.”
Listen, I don’t care if the CIA hires blind lesbians, I don’t care if the CIA hires Hispanic women; I’m married to one… I don’t who the CIA hires as long as that person is qualified as hell for the job…
But both of these people, especially the first one, come off as nervous neurotics, as emotionally fragile and wildly insecure. That might be okay for a receptionist’s job, but I’d prefer my CIA officers not have anxiety disorders mixed with a toxic case of narcissism and self-regard that’s right off the charts.
Confidence is good. Confidence is important. This isn’t confidence. It’s a sick form of empty self-worship.
“I’m proud of myself. Full stop,” she says.
Who talks like that? Who believes that?
Am I proud of myself? Sometimes. Sometimes I’m not so proud of myself. There’s no “full stop” in either case, but that’s because I’m a grounded, self-aware adult who knows he’s far from perfect and not an insecure peacock who believes my “identity” defines a single thing about me.
If I ran a Popsicle stand, I wouldn’t want Woketard Millennials working for me, but the CIA — the CIA!! — is openly recruiting these emotionally unstable, arrogant, empty-headed, bitterly angry, shallow monsters.
China must be thrilled.
If I were looking to turn someone it would be someone just like this, someone arrogant and insecure, someone who believes they “know their value” and who’s so insecure they ooze self-regard. From my experience, there’s a big hole in people like that and whoever fills it, wins their (temporary) loyalty.

No doubt. But not just the Russians. The Chinese, the Japanese, the Israelis, the Saudis, the Germans, the French, the British... the leaders of any nation on this earth that uses professional espionage as a tool of national security would see that video, stare in disbelief for a few seconds (maybe more) and then just start gasping with laughter until they fall out of their chair.

This ad gives me hope...if the lefts CIA is this sh*tty and incompetent, there's hope that they won't be strong enough to work against the American people aka be weaponized against the American people. This lady is likely to be found crying under her desk hyperventilating.

The CIA is prohibited from becoming involved in domestic law enforcement affairs but did not respond to The Federalist’s request for comment about the legality of the memo.
The CIA, like many other federal agencies, is becoming increasingly focused on social justice issues and willing to cater to a race-based narrative. In a recent recruitment advertisement, the intelligence agency embraced leftist rhetoric describing race and sex as pros to working in intelligence.
“I am unapologetically me,” the officer in the video states. “I want you to be unapologetically you whoever you are. Know your worth. Command your space.”
Former Director of National Intelligence Ric Grenell blasted Burns for politicizing the U.S. intelligence community and said he should resign if he truly believes his own woke rhetoric.
“Our CIA agents are not racist or intolerant,” Grenell told The Federalist. “This stunt clearly signals Bill Burns is politicizing the Agency … If he really thinks the CIA tolerates race trauma and ‘persistent inequity’ then he, as a straight white male, must resign immediately to make way for a CIA Director that is a gay person of color. Everything else is just talk for Bill.”
Another former senior intel official also criticized Burns for using the agency to meddle in domestic politics rather than protecting the country from serious foreign threats.
“What is the head of our spy agency doing commenting on domestic law enforcement matters?” the former intelligence official asked. “It is the height of politicization of the intelligence community by the Biden admin.”
“Instead of focusing on intel collections against our enemies, Russia and China, they are busy e-mailing the entire CIA about verdicts in the criminal justice system,” he added.
U.S. intelligence agencies, including the CIA, have a history of botching operations and failed to enact preventative measures to protect the U.S. The FBI infamously launched a political spy mission against then-Trump campaign staffer Carter Page based on the disproven Steele Dossier and through an erroneous warrant, gave Democrats and the corporate media the ammunition they needed to push the Russian collusion hoax for years.
Intelligence agencies also failed to act on information gathered ahead of 9/11 and the rise of ISIS as well as with domestic shootings such as the 2009 Fort Hood shooter, the Boston Marathon bombers of 2013, the Pulse nightclub shooter, the Parkland, Florida school shooter, the 2018 Nashville, Tennessee Waffle House shooter, and the 2020 Nashville RV bomber.
While intelligence agencies fail to protect our country, Biden’s White House is exploring new ways to surveil citizens, including hiring private companies to monitor and surveil “extremist chatter” by Americans to prevent further “insurrections.”

Once again the very thing they say they aren't doing is exactly what they're doing. And you can conversely believe if they say they are doing something it's the very thing they aren't doing. They know that words no longer have meaning for fully half the country.

1. JFK never did anything remotely negative towards the CIA. Who knows what his personal intentions were for the future, but outwardly he never lifted a finger against them, not indicated that he wanted to.
