UTA's Carlos Tavera has thrown 9 no hit innings against UALR. The only issue is, UTA didn't score for 9 innings either.

Its 0-0 in the 10th and UTA has to go to the pen. Dude gets a no decision

Now a combined no hitter through 10. UTA trying to win it in the bottom of the 10th against the LR bullpen.

After nearly blowing an 8 run lead last night, AState is attempting to complete the feat for real tonight. Our bullpen is something alright.

Troy beat #15 Florida State today, 3-0.

Hopefully Troy can win the series tomorrow. Too bad this season has been an overall dud until lately.

So disappointing to have all this talent, and be sitting at 21-20.

AState ended up beating Austin Peay 11-5 to take the series. Will go for the sweep tomorrow.

AState sweeps Austin Peay with a 9-4 win today. Host Southern next weekend with our chance to knock the Eagles out of first.

If any of you need to burn any trash laying around, we have a pretty big dumpster fire going down here.

UTA won first of DH today (Sunday) 4-3. Third game of the series just started. These two teams are atop the West. LR was 1.5 games ahead in the standings before Arlington won the last two. Winner of the third game will be in first place. Since we haven't swept anyone this year, I'll be happily surprised if we do this time.

we take 2 out of 3 to USA. 1 game back of the lead in the East. We might be one of the hottest teams in d1 right now.

The West is a very flawed division. I don't think there is a team in this division that is way above everyone else. Even the bottom 2 in the division in ULM and AState have been competitive with the other 4 teams.

UL: Great defensive team, Strong starting rotation. Bullpen is Meh outside of top 2 guys and the lineup is double meh
TXST: They don't do anything poorly, but don't do anything particularly great either.
UTA: Probably the best pitching staff in the conference, but outside of their top 4 hitters, that lineup is a mess.
LR: Offense was built specifically to play at Hitter Friendly Hogan Field. Take them out of their home park, and it gets bad. Have a top notch Friday starter, but the bullpen is not great
ULM: Is finally healthy after getting decimated by injuries. Recent results show they are plenty capable, but I still don't see anything they are great at.
AState: On paper, this offense when healthy is very good, and can hit in just about any park in the league. However, their pitching staff has been a mess. The top guys on the team are sitting with an ERA around 5. Makes winning on Friday very difficult.

Little Rock is now 8-1 at home in league play and 1-8 on the road. Ouch.

thanks to us taking 2 out of 3 from USA, we drop in RPI while USA climbs in RPI....
