Then of course Neitzel leaving the court crying. sat down by the court after the 1st media timeout. cool experience

my wife and i were in the rafters for the first game

and then a texas fan come up stairs and found us and gave
us their tickets for the memphis game

we were 5 rows behind the tiger bench
sat next to coach Tarkanian

unbelievable game and my wife and i will never forget

on worry was rose not wanting to get stitches
made cal say a few bad words

My college roommate and I watched this game at the old BWW at Poplar Plaza and decided at halftime no way are we not roadtripping to Houston to see us play Texas. We ended up meeting some shady dude outside Reliant and bought tix that we were like 50/50 were actually legit. Ended up sitting in the club level which felt like a mile from the court. Sweetest feeling was running down to lower level to watch us get the regional trophy and passing all those butthurt Texas fans leaving.

we watched the memphis-texas game from our original rafters seats
we were surrounded by texas fans

my wife gave them hell the whole game
but the texas fans did congratulate us when the game was over

Scott Drew certainly did this year and Mark Few does in most years; but there’s a reason Roy Williams retired early.

I’d like to see basketball adopt the same early entry rules as baseball; and really clamp down on transfers. Kids need time to develop and allowing kids to bail so easily on teaches them to give up and leave instead of staying put and fighting for a spot.
Also some of them played together in high school or a private school , so they played together for a pretty long time .07-coffee3

If you don't have time to watch the whole game and want to maximize your fun, pick your runs to watch to the end of the 1st half.

34-7
26-4
21-2
