It has been a social experiment to see how docile and compliant a once free society has become. Making an issue out of the masks (which Fauci initially said made little difference) has been a tool to pit neighbor against neighbor and make us fearful of socializing to discuss our displeasure with things. Especially manipulation by the media which is frequently overcome in discussions that agree it is manipulative.

Isolation is essential in training people to be docile and compliant.

The virus is real, has killed, and will kill. These are two separate issues.

Nothing about this response has made a lick of sense. I would have thought that when it became abundantly clear that if you're not old, fat or have some underlying health issue you really don't have much to worry about, they would have lightened up on the overbearing restrictions.

This is/was supposed to never end. The variants is just the newest cover story to get those who are vaccinated accustomed to the idea that you will need shots every few months or any time a new variant is found (made up). Get them used to an annual covid shot. The other reason for the variants is to keep the fear up.

Just say no.

Call us anti-vaxxers and I'll respond that you are fearful sheep, willing to do whatever your new masters demand without a single thought.

Yes, even a common cold can kill those with a weak immune system and/or underlying health issues.
