I'd argue men's tennis is our best sport nationally.

Ranked 44th nationally per most recent ranking. The coach has done a great job for several years.

Those “several” years are 24 years. Member of the WMU Athletics Hall of Fame. 12 times MAC Coach of the Year, 23 MAC Championships, 13 NCAA Tournament appearances. Morin's teams haven't blinked when facing some of the best in the region: the Broncos have won 37 matches against Big Ten opponents since 2000, with wins in 12 consecutive years and an impressive 29-12 mark between 2003-07.

Morin is a gem of a coach. Long and very successful career at Western. Recruits well and really coaches them up. The record doesn't lie.

Tennis, hockey and soccer are the sports where we compete at the top tier on a yearly basis.

The rest aren't even close.

I mean if we're honest... hockey isn't in the same stratosphere as tennis. Morin is the GOAT

Hockey is top tier in the NCHC, and so is MAC Soccer. Top competition for sure. All three compete at the highest levels nationally, no other programs do. MAC basketball is a one bid conference, and football is sub top tier, with no chance of even being considered for a national championship.
