Mine on the pro level is the Baltimore ravens and they are so annoyingly arrogant, the fans couldn't keep the colts and stole the original browns. On the college level, it has to be georgetown. Their coach would not let them talk and it is a good thing, watching a former player,who is now the coach trying to criticize security for doing their job in protecting you, by saying you should know me. Again, you have the arrogance that makes me want them to lose every game. Who are your teams you can't stand?

So you'd ding Baltimore both for "stealing" the Browns and having the Colts "stolen" from them?

At least Modell was nice enough to give up the name and team colors to the city of Cleveland. Mark Davis did not do that for city of Oakland, and Bud Adams did not do it for the city of Houston either. That's why Houston has the Texans instead of the Oilers.

That was probably due less to being nice than to trying to head off legal damages.

App State

Pro : Easily the Dallas Cowboys. When they get good (which will fortunately never happen again) their fans are every where and annoying.

College : Used to be WVU for being treated badly home and in Morgantown but mellowed when they were banished to the B12. I actually root for them to beat B12 teams.
Used to be UVA when they wanted to stop playing VT in the mid-90's because we were becoming an athletic's threat to them. But beating them 14 years in a row has mellowed that.
Used to hate Miami Florida just on general principle but, their fans only get mouthy when their good which has been a loooooong time.
Who else is there? UNC, because of the cheating scandal for which they weren't penalized. Yeah, I root against them but It's nothing like the hate I had for the first 2.
I like all the ACC schools, even Louisville, which Hokies from the 80's have a beef with but 1991 was my first year so I missed most of the Metro years.
No one else we play enough to really hate.

I don’t hate anyone. Life is too short for all the negativity. I’ve found I would rather put my energy into rooting for my team than negativity toward another team.

Now I don’t like UK but I don’t hate or root against them.
I don’t give them much thought except a couple of days a year when we play them.

I actually root for Cincinnati and Memphis.

Amen to that. Even when they suck, their fans are every where and annoying.

As for my most disliked college team, no one sticks out the most. Neither Illinois and Penn State has that one "rival" like Ohio State-Michigan or Alabama-Auburn. The closest might be Pittsburgh but I like Pittsburgh as a school. If I really had to choose a school as most hated I'd probably say Nebraska. I'm still mad over not having a share of the national championship and that they're in the Big 10.

You could say that about any big state school that has experienced success in football or basketball. Being in the midwwest, I'll name Kentucky, OH State, Indiana. I'm sure there are more.

Edgebrook Jeff, Florida is my team's biggest rival. That's why I don't like them. Texas is just very annoying!!!

Baseball: Yankees $ and buying best players
Football: Raiders dirty
Basketball: Golden State; don't like the chuck 3's
Soccer: FC Dallas their style of play & delay of game tactics
Hockey: Don't watch enough to dislike a team; maybe Dallas Stars for taking the North Stars?
College: ku such a dirty program gets away with a lot of under the table deals

I find it hard to suppress a smile when Brian Kelly's Fighting Irish step on their dangling anatomical parts. It isn't so much that I have anything against Notre Dame, but the underhanded manner in which Kelly left UC in the lurch before the Sugar Bowl game was pretty low-rent.

Pro: Green Bay Packers

College: Duke basketball

Every once in a while, I’ll need the Packers to win in order to help the Bears (e.g. make the playoffs), so that’s a very limited exception (which I think applies to any situation where the rival of your favorite team actually needs to win to help out your favorite team).

There’s absolutely no positive that comes from Duke winning anything, though. None.

Is it possible to dislike both Texas and Texas A&M? Yes.

I'm Sooner born and Sooner bred, so Texas is obviously at the top of this list. I've mellowed out as I've become older, so there aren't many others on the list anymore. I've grown to respect the Longhorns, like you would respect your biggest rival. I would still be hard pressed to root for them.

After having lived in the state of Texas for most of my adult life, Texas A&M is coming close, especially after their move to the SEC. If they ever played again in football, I'd be tempted to root for Texas against them. It's too bad there are no longer scoreless ties in football.

I also have a hard time rooting for Oklahoma State. It depends on how it affects OU. If I still lived in Oklahoma, I'd never root for them.

Pro: I'm a Cowboy fan. Therefore, I root against the Giants, Eagles and the team formerly known as the Redskins.

I have always hated Michigan. Part of it definitely has to do with the coach. I hated Michigan when Bo was the coach and since Harbaugh became coach. But not as much when Lloyd Carr was coach, and Carr probably was the best of the 3.

But another reason is those weird helmets that Michigan wears. Michigan fans consider them to be iconic, but I consider them the dumbest frickin design I have ever seen. Winged helmets? Give me a break.

The only team maybe with a dumber helmet and uniform design is Penn State. When they are playing, they look like they are in their frickin pajamas. But I don't hate PSU, so maybe its not about dumb uniforms.

There's a difference between wishing a team was good so your team can beat them at that level, and hoping they lose every game and fold the program up. The latter is who I'm listing below.
