Cowboy fan but Yankee hater. Duke up there as well. Basketball used to hate the Pacers and Heat, now I could care less. Sans some obnoxious large fan bases in college football, it doesn’t come close to the Yankees. I have to check the box score every time they are on a losing streak or on the verge of elimination.

Every Rutgers fan hates State Penn first and foremost. I'd put Sarah Cuse as a solid number 2.

College : Used to be WVU for being treated badly home and in Morgantown but mellowed when they were banished to the B12. I actually root for them to beat B12 teams.
Used to be UVA when they wanted to stop playing VT in the mid-90's because we were becoming an athletic's threat to them. But beating them 14 years in a row has mellowed that.
Used to hate Miami Florida just on general principle but, their fans only get mouthy when their good which has been a loooooong time.
Who else is there? UNC, because of the cheating scandal for which they weren't penalized. Yeah, I root against them but It's nothing like the hate I had for the first 2.
I like all the ACC schools, even Louisville, which Hokies from the 80's have a beef with but 1991 was my first year so I missed most of the Metro years.
No one else we play enough to really hate.

I've been a Vanderbilt, Memphis, Belmont and Middle Tennessee State fan for many years. So I used to strongly dislike Tennessee football and basketball (everything, ... the colors, the mascot, the "Rocky Top" song, Knoxville, the UT fans in general). But then I finally "grew up," which — shamefully — wasn't until I was about 50. I've got cousins who attended UT and two of my best friends are Vol fans. As I've aged, I've become pleasantly tolerant of the Big Orange (though that is still an ugly color for a sports uniform).

My sister attended both North Carolina and North Carolina State, so our family kind of roots against Duke. But I will not use the term "Puke" as some folks do in a foolish and non-clever manner.

As a Memphis and Cincy fan, I should dislike Louisville. But my sister-in-law is a graduate, and we pull for the Cards (unless UL is playing UM or UC).

The fans I dislike the most are the "bad/boorish/immature/insecure/nasty/bombastic" fans of the teams I cheer for. Those bad fans "hurt the cause."

UC Santa Barbara ... their fans are super annoying (which is a compliment)

UNLV ... gold chain fans

Ohio State and 2nd place isn't even close. It's the T-Shirt fans that I can't stand.
