So basically an entire state that took pride it tossing the bird at Covid is now going to go dem... yeah, not going to happen. If anything it will now be redder than ever.

Florida also has their election protocol in order. They had their results counted on election night and Trump won easily. Same thing would have happened in PA Mich GA & Penn had they done the same instead of dragging it along for days and weeks of counting until you find/ manufacture enough votes to flip an outcome you don’t like.

FL used to be the giant election joke 20 years ago. They started cleaning it up, but they took a big step when they got rid of that bogus b*tch from Broward or Miami Dade. She no doubt was generating a lot of fake votes. De Santis has really cleaned up voting procedures, and I doubt FL is within 3 points for president or governor again for a few decades.

Why do you guys pay attention to this kid? He never crosses my mind, yet I constantly see him discussed here. He is never talked about it on the very left leaning Reddit politics board. If it weren’t for conservatives bringing him up I’m not sure he’d have an audience at all.

It took Florida weeks to count their votes, they just did it before election day as all states that allow absentee voting should. I can't find a plausible reason why boxes and boxes of votes should just be locked up, with the chance of being lost or manipulated, instead of processing them as they come in.

I personally don't pay this guy much attention; however, I do believe the D's are starting to see DeSantis as a potential major threat in 2024. The recent 60 Minutes piece, IMO, is a strong indication of said threat and I imagine we'll be seeing more such things in the not to distant future.
