Listening to CWM talk about the game, you can tell he has real passion and is really immersing himself in the culture of Cincinnati. The proof is in the pudding, but I can’t imagine him not being highly successful here.

I didn't listen to the whole podcast so I may have missed it. Was he asked if next year's roster is set? If so what was the reply?

I caught most of it. He was not asked that Q. He commented on each player that he was allowed to talk about (signed players or those who stayed).
Definitely worth a listen! I enjoyed every second but you can forward through to get to some of the meat of it.

Thanks! I skipped around some and thought I might have missed the question.

Great Pod cast!
This struck me as well. Especially given that many here were peddling Rehfeldt's departure as something that should be chalked up to Cunningham's inexperience and unwillingness to give concessions to the basketball strength program.

Yeah...I'm thinking the reports about conditioning/training coming from the Brannen saga show enough to at least indicate there were other reasons why Rehfeldt may have left. Especially given that the next person in was also out the door after a year.

Your choice on whether to believe him or to push your own theory, but the OP, Chad, has said/reported repeatedly that Rehfeldt's leaving had NOTHING to do with Brannen.

Pretty easy to piece together. There were things between the two that needed to be bridged, and they were. Hence Cunningham being instrumental in convincing Mike to return. Believe whatever you’d like, but I wasn’t guessing in what I have reported. Good on Cunningham for making things work and bringing Mike back. The entire athletic department is better for it...

Makes sense. I don't have access to your info, so no reason to doubt on my end. I'm glad they patched things up. It obviously indicates commitment to our basketball program on the highest level.
