Beat Akron in a wild one today 4-3. They finish another solid year at 7-3-1 (5-3-1 MAC).

Interestingly in a year without very much nonconference play, the MAC is the top conference in the country according to RPI. Wiseman did some lobbying for an at large bid after the game, as WMU actually tied with BGSU atop the standings but because BG played one fewer game, they get the autobid via points per game.

Broncos are 29th nationally in RPI. I would be very surprised if they got a bid. 36 make it this year.

Blanked Michigan St a couple weeks ago in Kalamazoo. Seems like we get a Win vs them or UMich every year in soccer.
