RE: Republicans and Democrats in a 30 second video
I would actually say the ditch is the welfare plantation created by democrats and the sheep are poor people who can't escape. The Good Shepherd is those who try to help get them out of the rut, but only temporarily. I wish the republicans would do more to change the system, but for some reason they don't. Perhaps focused on evangelicals who are more concerned about abortion and gay rights, than about liberating a fairly large voting bloc that could win them a bunch of elections in the future.
Democrats aren't going to change the system. "Keep 'em dumb, keep 'em poor, keep 'em dependent on handouts, and you'll keep 'em voting democrat." I have to believe that, "Teach them that there is a better way, and give them a hand up out of poverty, so they won't need handouts, and they will vote republicans."

Pobrecito El Bend, to even think that shows your ignorance. It must be Sunday you don't have to deliver mail today and gives you a chance to reflect on that stupid statement.
RE: Republicans and Democrats in a 30 second video
The person trying to help is a democrat. They spend their time treating a symptom so they can feel good about themselves instead of fixing the obvious problem. Until you fix the problem, everything is just a redundant battle.

Props to UofMStateU and MemTigers1998 for at least showing they have a sense of humor.
Laughter connects you with people. It’s almost impossible to maintain any kind of distance or any sense of social hierarchy when you’re just howling with laughter. Laughter is a force for democracy.

Pulled right out of LBJ's mouth. He couldn't have said it any better!
