Thanks! I was glad the defense I raved about didn't disappoint as they held the offense to just 3 points. Sam also held the Bison to 229 yards on Sunday, which was North Dakota State's lowest offensive output in a game since 2014. Special teams was a serious killer. The Bison's first 17 points were all off of special teams (blocked punt - safety, back-to-back return touchdowns). We'll need to get that fixed and soon.

Overall pretty happy with the result and my voice is still recovering from the game. Hopefully it'll get back in shape before the semifinals game on ABC this weekend.

JMU up 10-3 with six minutes left in the first half.

Sam is in big trouble. JMU exploded for three touchdowns in the last sis minutes, including the one near the six minute mark to take a 24-3 lead at the half.

A little surprised as Sam scores 28 in the third quarter including three touchdowns in the final 2:22 of the quarter to take the lead back 30-27.

That was amazing. Congrats Bearkats. Now go finish the job.

I don’t bet on games but anyone betting on Sam Houston cleaned up- Vegas had the Kats as underdogs in the last three playoff games and while they were a slight favorite in their first round game Sam beat the spread.

I don’t bet on games but anyone betting on Sam Houston cleaned up- Vegas had the Kats as underdogs in the last three playoff games and while they were a slight favorite in their first round game Sam beat the spread.

I didnt bet a whole lot on it but I hit on almost every bet I took on the game. They were smart to not let anyone parlay on it. I hit on Sam at -9.5, SDSU under, Sam moneyline, overall under, and first half under. The only one I missed on was highest scoring quarter. I was disappointed that there weren't more prop bets available.
