Gary Fund name change
When was Gary Fund changed to "Bronco Athletic Fund"?

And, more to the point - WHY?

RE: Gary Fund name change
I have not seen an explanation of why the name change or when it is officially changed.

I wondered if dropping man’s name made fund gender neutral.

It's also entirely possible it's branding. To some random alum, "Gary Fund" does nothing to tell you what it is.

This.

Nobody outside of athletics knows what the "Gary Fund" is. The Bronco Athletic Fund makes a lot more sense.
