This conference is going to be an absolute bloodbath next season. Hopefully we get a normal OOC and that covers it up a bit for us.

I think our boys take care of business like they did in January and February when they had a lot of the roster back playing.

Not that it matters as it wasn't mentioned that he was returning, but Brett Van Os is now in the transfer portal.

Meanwhile, Nodak continues to build an all-star team by picking up top scorers from other conferences.

Per Brad Schlossman twitter, Cain has transferred to Providence.

Does he really think he will be the starter there?

Why do you say that 14? Do they have a goalie on their roster that'll for sure play in front of him?

I hope he gets a chance to play and gain consistency. He had some good games for us after he settled in. I wish him well.

RE: Attard, Frank, Washe, and Passolt ALL returning
When is our schedule coming out?!! All the other NCHC teams have their schedules out.

MidwayIcer, wasnt a negative comment towards Cain, but Cain only saw game time this year because Bussi was out and then lost his starting position to Aslanidis and then Bussi came back.

Providence is a well more established program than we are, they have won a national championship and are usually more in the hunt to make the NCAA's each year than we are.

I would have honestly expected Cain to go to maybe an atlantic hockey team or maybe go play Canadian college hockey somewhere where he has a legit chance to start.

I dont know the goaltending situation at Providence, maybe he has a shot there to start some games based on what they saw after he settled down in the pod.

PLEASE dont ever refer to me as 14, I know it was probably a mistake, but that is an insult around these parts...........
