Players??? That's a bridge too far. You can not prevent students from misconduct. You can only react to it.

That's the point they have ignored allegations that they were aware oif going back to Les Miles.

Yep. Title IX introduces the concept of a mandatory reporter. If it involves students/faculty/staff it must be reported to the Title IX Coordinator.
