Totally agree.

Issue there is no guaranteed money if he does go in the 2nd round.

Be careful with posting facts to one of his posts. He gets really upsetz.

Depends on his family situation. But I don’t think he could do anything next year to hurt his stock, but he could turn into a first rounder

You have the round correct but not the year. I've seen this in several mock drafts. Zero developed offense skills.
Zero outside shot which is essential for the modern prototypical big man
Free Throw shoot is atrocious. Worse than Wilt.
Body is not ready for the NBA.

He has potential in several areas and can be a good off the bench center and make a good living but he has to advance in too many areas to be drafted this year.

Draft Projection:
possible second round pick in the 2023 or 2024 NBA Draft

Right on the money. He is nowhere near ready for the NBA. Heck, he's not ready for the G-League right now.

He needs to buckle down for the next 3 years and MAYBE by then he will have a chance.

If he not hopelessly uncoordinated it shouldn't take him that long.

He has shown signs of footwork and a little bit agility...

But the fact that he still cannot make FTs at this point in his career point to issues...

IDK, dude made the last 2 in a row he tried, and when it counted. I think his FT issues are in his head, not in his hands or stroke.

He missed that last one he took...And he essentially is throwing it at the goal.

No consistency.

No he signed a contract after he was drafted in the 2nd round.

Two different things.

I'm hearing he won't be back. After NBA eval, I hear he will enter transfer portal. Not firsthand, just repeating what I've heard.

Perhaps. But he clearly developed here and had all the opportunity he could ask for.

No way does he get drafted right now. No team in its right mind would ever take a flier on a young man with such limited offensive skills. I wish him the best and would like to see him return to the Tigers, but I don't know how likely that is at this point.

I agree. And I agree about the lawsons. But I’m hearing it’s real possibility.

If the Lawsons can guard I would be on board with them...But we still need another ball handler. I don't think either of the Lawsons fit that role.

Unless everyone is going to be OK with Hardaway being our 2nd string PG we need to add another ball handler.

Hasheem Thabeet was the #2 overall pick in an NBA draft...

He might not be draft ready yet, but I see his NBA comparisons as Nerlens Noel and Clint Capela so I can see interest in him. I wouldn't be shocked if someone wanted to use a 2nd rounder on him now and put him in the G-League. Though he might not like that and try to get better to go in the 1st round.

Amen to that. Would love to see a play-making guard & big man. Probably no chance but would love to get Kessler from UNC. He's the real deal.

If we sign a big guy from the portal then I’d wager Moussa is gone for good regardless.

I mean I get it but Hasheem was a really good player on a strong Uconn team and the NBA was still in the center Era. Plus he was 7'2" and Moussa is like 6'10" I believe.

As for him coming back that letter made it clear to me that he is transferring or atleast strong considering it. Especially the last line. He was sure not to leave much doubt imo.

I’m hearing it’s complicated.

Chandler has been offered a spot.

Number one priority is keeping nolley happy and in the fold so bringing in johnathon too is complicated

Pfffft...

I would take Williams, Q and DJ over Nolley if you made me choose.
